(Re)Discover your Seasonal Veg – PINK RADISH (EN)

Welcome to the Pink Radish workshop!

I know, i know, it’s not the most sexy, nor the favourite vegetable of all… but hey, that’s exactly why this series of workshops exists!

During the 3-4h of the workshop, you will (re)discover this very common vegetable, its nutritional benefits, all the parts that are edible and how to use it and cook it in 5 recipes in order to prepare a delicious 3-course meal with as main ingredient that little pink root.
Yep, 3-course. That is a starter, main course AND a dessert! 🙂

And as nobody likes to go home empty handed, you’ll go home with a preparation to taste at home and a booklet including all the information shared during the workshop, the plated recipes, zero-kitchenwaste tips and many more recipe ideas!

What to expect:
You will be welcomed with a little snack and drink while you get comfortable and you hear all about the star veggie of the evening and the recipes we will cook together:
– Starter/aperitif: Radish salsa and homemade crackers
– Main dish: Radish leaves dal, radish raïta and quick little naan breads
– Dessert: Pink apple and radish smoothie, pudding style
– 1 surprise preparation to bring home with you
After all the cooking is done, we’ll sit down to enjoy the delicious meal we prepared.

Language:
This workshop will be given in English.
(but with the possibility of translating in French or Dutch here and there).

Price: €55-85
Eat Pretty Be Happy is offering the fair price system for the launch of the workshops.
This gives each one a chance for to participate to the workshop depending on their available budget.
More information on the way this system works will be given to you in the booking confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations are accepted when at least 7 days before the date of the workshop. In this case, the customer will be refunded.
In between 7 and 3 days before the workshop, the customer will not be refundend, but can change his ticket to another workshop at another date.
Any cancellation under 3 days before the workshop will not be refunded, nor exchanged.
