(Re)Discover your Seasonal Veg – CELERIAC [EN]

Welcome to the Celeriac workshop!

Cele-what?? Do you also have difficulty in recognising this little known vegetable in a veg stall, let alone knowing how to cook it? than this workshop is for you!

During the 3-4h workshop, you will (re)discover this unknown vegetable and its nutritional benefits, learn that there is actually a lot you can do with it without wasting a scrap and you will prepare and cook it in 4 to 5 different recipes in order to create a delicious and diverse 3-course meal.
Yep, that is a starter, main course AND a dessert!

And as nobody likes to go home empty handed, you’ll go home with a preparation to devour at home and a booklet including all the information shared during the workshop, the plated recipes, zero-kitchenwaste tips and many more recipe ideas!

What to expect:
You will be welcomed with a little snack and drink while you get comfortable and you hear all about the star veggie of the evening and the recipes we will cook together:

– Dessert: To be confirmed
– 1 surprise preparation to bring home with you
After all the cooking is done, we’ll sit down to enjoy the delicious meal we prepared.

Language:
This workshop will be given in English.
(but with the possibility of translating in French or Dutch here and there).

Price: €55-85
Eat Pretty Be Happy is offering the fair price system for the launch of the workshops.
This gives each one a chance for to participate to the workshop depending on their available budget.
More information on the way this system works will be given to you in the booking confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations are accepted when noticed at least 7 days before the date of the workshop. In this case, the customer will be refunded.
In between 7 and 3 days before the workshop, the customer will not be refundend, but can change his ticket to another workshop at another date.
Any cancellation under 3 days before the workshop will not be refunded, nor exchanged.
